The longer this draws out, the worse for BYU. Why?
-If the PAC 10 holds, gets a deal, gets a GOR, then there is stability for a period of time. So worst case here is BYU and Utah can claim they are equals.
-Instability isn’t good for BYU. Since TV and Streaming services are driving this bus, they could go to some BIG 12 schools and lure them to the PAC 10.
-But GOR will stop that, you say? How many BIG 12 teams would need to leave before that doesn’t apply? There was a reason the BIG 12 was on the brink before the then commissioner sent the cease and desist to the networks.

PAC-xx plan is, I think, to live another day and try to steal BigXII in 3-4 yrs (Xenon, Mar 21, 2023 at 12:56pm)
