Ok, if it's 100% AppleTV ... Apple is in no hurry, because this is a long term play for them, to target BigTEN and SEC eventually, so getting it RIGHT is the most important part.

Washington, Oregon, and Stanford all probably want to wait until they find out what the BigTEN is really going to do. They don't want something locking them into PAC in any form when/if BigTen gets a new commissioner and makes a decision.

So, I'm thinking this drags out well into the summer. I think July 1 might be the only semi-firm deadline that anyone has to hit
