I have 2 that my employees pointed out to me and now I hate them for it because I am so aware of it now. LOL

Apparently, my response to a lot of things is 'for sure'. I said, 'no way do I say it that often'. Sure enough, 10 minutes later I caught myself saying it along with several other times. Dagnabit. More annoyingly, it sounds more like, 'fer sher'. And now I hate myself.

The second I think only recently started. I had my gallbladder out a couple of years ago and I seem to have a lot more acid reflux/air pockets that come up. Maybe I'm just getting old, I don't know. But apparently, I swallow oddly occasionally to stop it from becoming a burp and I hadn't ever noticed. Now, that is all I think about.
