Conference Realignment Fascinates Me...It is crazy to me to think the initial Big 12 looked like this
Baylor
Texas
Texas Tech
Texas A&M
Colorado
Iowa St
Kansas
Kansas St
Missouri
Nebraska
Oklahoma
Oklahoma St
The new Big 12 will have 12 teams as well and only 6 out of those original 12. It was probably the only conference that at the time was competitive with the SEC from a football standpoint and instead egos caused it to crumble....and then stabilize when the big issue finally left.
