Within a conference, yeah. There was a good analysis on this early this week.
It broke teams into A teams, B teams and C teams. A+A match ups garnered the most eyeballs and $$$, A+B less.... It showed how adding BYU (an A team) increased the value of the conference by increasing the number of A matchups. It was cooler than my weak synopsis.
