My biggest issue with drafting him would be his injury history. He hasn't been healthy any of the last 4 years.
But I think if he could stay healthy he could play in the NFL. Not an elite prospect even if healthy, but a solid one. His top end speed is not an issue as he was clocked last year against USF as one of the fastest mph in the country.
