2nd to Tyler Anderson (former BYU starting receiver) as a Sophmore when Anderson was a senior. He was laser timed at 4.5 in the 40 as a sophmore.

I laugh too how casually people throw around 4.5's. Look at Puka, 4.55. Taysom Hill was laser timed at 4.48 and his Coach for the saints said he was one of the fastest guys on the team.

A legit 4.5 or under 40 is elite. Sprinter speed. 4.3 or under is the best of the best in the NFL and only a few running those numbers.

My Bro, ran a 10.7 100m as a sophmore, 10.5 as a junior then was injured and did not run his senior year.
