If you're needing to go through the University Parkway and 8th East intersection in Orem I'd choose a different way.

byuluvr Failure At Life

They are redirecting everyone onto Southbound 800 E towards the light on 1600 S. Looks like an accident in the intersection but I didn't get close enough to verify that an accident is what is causing the huge backup. I only noticed because of the crazy amount of traffic coming through my neighborhood.
