Cougar TD All-American

I guess they got an area where the police stopped all the traffic, made them wait for trucks to put dirt down. Then they wouldn't let any cars pass them and the police car basically was the pace car leading all of the traffic.

You add the incline (I was northbound) to the mix as well. It didn't look like southbound/downhill was a great blessing

Apparently we do. they are SNOW tires, not ICE tires. All tires slide on ice.
