No surprise here. CBB decided a few years ago to stop enforcing the travel rules the way they are written. And because..
of that the true fundamentals of basketball are quickly disappearing.
I do believe much of it stems from when they asked officials to change the way they call charges in CBB. The way charges are enforced now has given a clear advantage to defenders. Turning a blind eye to some travelling is the officials way of leveling things back out.
