My dad ripped a Mustang bumper off with an RV in San Francisco
Years ago. Left the information on the windshield AND the parking attendant. They never called. So weird.

I bet she didn’t even leave a note. Sounds like a lie. No one would actually put a note on the bumper on the ground.
