This year has been impressive, but the other year they tied for a conf title.
Their overall record was 11-11 that year (Covid year). Not very impressive. Pope also took over a program that went 11-19 the year before and went to the CBI 3 times. This is the first year Madsen has went to anything in the post season.
Saying he is a "much better" coach based solely off their UVU resumes isn't fair IMO.
