if dads are involved the kids that are average have a chance to be better...

which leads to more playing time... frankly some dad's ride their kids into being good ball players. Not a knock on their dad's who want to spend time with their kids doing something they both like and are successful at.

There should be rules around it in high school sports... maybe there is.
