If true, BYU should just move to FCS level sports or give them up entirely
If BYU just can't manage to compete with UVU for recruits then we have no hope whatsoever of competing with the likes of Kansas or Baylor or the rest of the Big 12.
Blaming the honor code just seems like a lazy excuse to me. It may be true in some situations but should never be the reason why BYU loses a recruit to UVU.

When BYU loses a recruit to a lower tier school, I just assume it has more to do with academics than anything else but
