So far... he's added the following into the budget/price:
New HPLV sprayer (he has an old one, but bought a new fancy one)

New palm Router (He has 2)

New track saw

More wood than was required (probably should have bought the track saw sooner)

Some mildly expensive speakers for his desktop computer (Lots of youtube how-to videos had to be watched)

3 new shirts (best way to replace some old wardrobe items is to get paint on them 'accidentally')

Wasted ~$100 in paint (the funnel fell out of the paint sprayer and paint poured all over the ground)

1 new pair of shorts (that was totally not on purpose.. I really liked those shorts)

1 new office desk (I probably should have checked my drink for paint on the bottom before I put it on my desk)

1 new nice desk pad (old one didn't match the new desk)

I think i can also get a new 'Forrest Woodworker 2' saw blade and send my old one in for sharpening/refurbishing.

I'm also going to try to slide in a new pair of shoes that I saw while googling 'how to remove paint from a garage floor'.

She really didn't do her research when she hired me.
