I have been tracking the costs to build a shop the last 10-12 months and there
Have been a couple big drops lately(I am just looking at Home Depot price)

2x6x16 lumber is down from 21.85 to 10.68.

7/16 osb is down 12.87 to 10.8

Cement lap siding is down from 15.32 to 12.47

10 lb box of dry wall screws decreased 51.20 to 36.70

Drywall has increases slightly from 12.33 to 12.88(however I am considering using osb instead of dray wall for interior walls.

Insulation and shingles have stayed the same.

I don't have a good way of tracking cement prices but I have heard those might be up slightly. Overall it's a lot cheaper to build right now than it was even just a few months ago .
