Especially in the BBCOR space, it's a lot more about the hitter and his mechanics than the bat. The hot bat from 3 years ago will still work great today and will run you $75. The current hot bat will run you $400-$500.

Check your league rules. 14u requires BBCOR most of the time, rather than USSSA
