I'm moving to Colorado soon and it's insane trying to buy
You can look at Zillow price history and see houses sold in 2020 for literally half what they are listed for right now. The people who had the cash to pick up houses back then are making an 80-100% return on their investments. I have a fairly high paying job and am balking at buying anything. I'm not sure how anyone without a ton of equity can enter this market.
