I don't think either of them would have made it, regardless of OC. Heaps had the jitters...not sure what you can do
about that. Scheme can work, but at the end of the day it comes down to the player.
Tanner seemed to have similar issues. His skill set was about putting a ball where only his 6'5"+ receivers could get it. It works well, but not at the NFL level.
