Anybody do SBA loans or or have any tips? I’m in the process of selling
one of my franchises.
The buyer set up a company and applied for a loan. He was denied they say for two reasons:
1. His company is too new: well he set it up to buy my business.
2. He is applying with his wife and her credit is too new
Any tips, recommendations or referrals?
Other ways for him to get financing?
