Start with as far back as feasible and you have footage for: late 1970s? Go game by game and show highlights and juxtapose with the current environment and things happening around the college football world, inside the program, etc.

There are some years you might skip or do a shorter version, but even then you could make it interesting.

Imagine a 60-minute season highlight for 1985, the Ty years, John Walsh era, 2006-2009, 2020 with COVID, 2021, etc.
