Act 12 will begin in the next 48-72 hours starting with Colorado. He's putting down a definite timeline that will come back to burn his credibility if it doesn't happen.

-Colorado has now moved to the middle of the stage. On both sides of Colorado are Brett Yormark and George K.

-Arizona has moved towards Colorado in the center of the stage, but stay at two arm lengths at the moment.

-On the front two rows is UW and Oregon watching what CU and Arizona do. But sitting between Oregon and UW is Fox whispering in their ears.

-Down on the end of the first row is the new B1G Commissioner. You don't know realize he's there, but he's watching.

-ASU in act 11 was in the foyer peeking through the doors. Now in Act 12 they have run up to row 15 and are waving their arms at Arizona trying to get their attention.

-Utah has entered the building and is in the foyer that ASU just left.
