That’s why I got rid of my Apple Watch. Too easy to get sucked into everything that didn’t matter at the moment…
I was in my office one day and realized that I was constantly getting my attention drawn to the watch while trying to work.
Went back to an automatic manual watch and haven’t felt like I am missing anything.
