Schools. Truly making money off of NIL would be paying each individual for the work that they have done. You use your NIL for that company they pay you. Instead they make a sweeping deal that goes into a discretionary account and then is divided up up among the players. Collectives do the same type of thing. These Are simply pay to play payments from boosters funneled to the player.
These payments from companies should be directly to players for work done for the company. The universities should have nothing to do with them.
