Need to buy a new lawn mower. I’m willing to go battery, but I have regretted

Going electric with my trimmer/edger.

We have a big lawn and big yard to take care of.

I plan to go with gas powered Honda unless any of you have really good reviews with battery powered.

How big is the lot and are you looking at ride on or no? We have 1/2 acre and have a Ryobi ride on. Works great.

2.1 acres. But the grass area is about 5000 sq ft. No riding mower.

The biggest Honda they sell. I think it's the GCV200 engine.

Just make sure you use an ethanol free gas or a ethanol removal additive

I regretted battery for my mower but I like battery for my edger/trimmer…

That’s the first negative take I’ve read on an electric mower. Most are happy with the switch. Easy start and no fumes.

I didn’t get 75% of that, but the one I tried was a Ryobi. Don’t know which model, but it was $499. Couldn’t cut zoysia

I use an EGO on a 1/3 acre. Cuts better than my gas. Switch battery 1 time.
