If you think Succession is about glorifying darkness, you either didn’t watch it
or didn’t get it. Just the opposite, really. It’s more about how trading your morality and relationships for wealth or power makes you miserable and a failure and will impact generations
Barry was a critique of Hollywood. Not sure there was much glorification of darkness there either.
My one critique of Breaking Bad is that it does sort of glorify darkness.

I have watched the show, and maybe saying "glorifying darkness" is too strong. However, I think there's a line somewhere
