Has anyone been tracking total publicly-disclosed PAC liabilities?
Between the Comcast situation, Holiday Bowl lawsuit... Office relocation debt... The PAC may be insolvent next year, and declaring bankruptcy may be the only way to avoid passing on that financial overhang into the future.
