Paramedics were attempting to revive a woman who OD'd. Her partner was also blitzed out of his ever-loving mind and was practically oblivious to her situation as he sat handcuffed on the sidewalk babbling to absolutely....nobody.

Say no to drugs people. Addiction is a pathway that is incredibly difficult to come back from.
