Have you tried local farmers?
I get beef from a local guy and I believe he does bacon as well, though I haven't tried it.

They’re always better if not microwaved 🤣

This is the best one I’ve had. It sells out within a day of our H‑E‑B stocking it

Any of the HEB small batch bacon flavors are great

What's your go-to way of cooking bacon?

Flat top griddle or oven. Depends on how much time I have. I have a bacon press for the griddle.

Feed me your thumbs downs, thick cut is worse cooked crispy and worse cooked limp

Hey, I totally get it. Old people with blown out palates love skinny super crunchy hotel buffet bacon.

Enjoy chewing on pig fat for three minutes before choking it down your fat gullet

I cook pork belly from Costco all the time too. This week even, but I don't have the setup for cold smoking

If you have a smoke cabinet, great, otherwise - I don’t think so.

250f with apple or cherry is fine - no need for a smoke cabinet. Get the belly

Have you done it? I’ve smoked at 275. Just fine. And I have high expectations.

I leapt to you chemically smoking it, and I was wary of good results.
