Lived here for 28 years after 10 years in Sandy.
We love it. Henderson is clean, has oodles of parks and trails. Well run City. We love the weather. 330 days of sun per year are good for your disposition. 30 or so stakes. Members are well respected here and way over represented in professions (doctors, lawyers, dentists) and construction. Fewer in casino hierarchy.
Not to be overlooked is no state income tax. Room tax and casino taxes combine to hold down other taxes. Property taxes are low and cost of living is reasonable. You can save easier here.
