Very easy. Practice 2-3 times in a yard, and you'll have it down.
Heres a video of the setup, it's pretty simple, and once you're used to adjusting the guy lines, it can be done in just a few mins. I see them go pretty regularly on ebay for ~$600, though if you'll be in Utah, you could always check ksl.com classifieds, they pop up there from time to time. If you want to buy new, backcountry.com appears to have a 20% off sale, which gets them down to $800 new. Still a ton for a tent, but I expect mine to last decades.
