The instructions mention three draws. Round one is only for those with preference points (not me). Second pass through they look at your first and second choices. Third pass through (assuming there is one) they look at your choices 3-5.

If I have two choices, should I put my first choice as my first and second choice, and my next choice as my third, fourth and fifth choice? Or just put my first choice as my first choice, and my second choice as my second choice? Do I need to list a third, fourth or fifth choices if I only have two that I want?
