... the Utes?
Utah's cruised vs a soft PAC for years. Would love to see how they'd do vs an SEC schedule.
Couldn't even beat a 6-7 Florida team last year who ended with a 3-5 SEC record.
Utes still haven't beaten a non-PAC12 P5 opponent in over 5 years in OOC play or in a Bowl.
As the PAC12 champs the last two years, they got to play the 2nd place and 3rd place B1G teams, and still lost (despite most of tOSU team opting out of Rose Bowl). Recall that those B1G teams that were too good for the Rose Bowls, because they were in the playoffs, went 0-3 in their playoff games.
And now they're better than any current Big12 program somehow...? PAC12 hype machine is real (primarily based out of LA to try to make USC/UCLA look good)... I'm not actively rooting for the PAC to die, but the neutering of that hype machine would be a benefit.

Here's what you don't see. The Rose Bowl is just another bowl game tie in for the conf champ. It just so happens
