Remember: The PAC 12 has no TV Deal numbers. No TV Deal, no conference
Taylor Randall said the PAC is nowhere close to a deal. Robert Robbins said they haven’t seen numbers. That’s from two presidents.
Bottom line. TV deal expires on June 30, 2024. The closer and closer we get to that date, the less time a new conference has to prepare for a PAC school logistically and the more leverage media partners have. The PAC schools cannot go into 2024 with no TV deal or landing spot. The media partners know this. The money isn’t getting better. So procrastinate all you want CU, Arizona, ASU, and Utah. The more you do the less favorable terms you will have under ANY scenario.
