We had 2 residents kill themselves. The REAL exploitation is that at any

Point they can completely destroy your career (any allegation and its guilty until proven innocent) or significantly hamper it (bad evaluation, bad letters). So that’s hanging over everyone’s head during those horrific work conditions.

My buddy was accused of being lazy and threatened with getting kicked out of the program 2 years in. Killed himself that weekend.
