Not a nice thing but its time for Fennegan to go if he's still on scholly. He's
been in the background for a long while and if he's still just 3rd string (or 4th) I'd say he doesn't have it and look for another guy to put on scholarship.
QB is too critical to carry dead weight. That probably sounds mean but we need guys to push each other at QB.
