Sorry for the subject, but I need colonoscopy advice.
I'm reading my prep instructions and it says I should take my last prep dose at 4.5 hours before check in time. I check in at 7am. Am I really supposed to wake up at 2:30am to give myself diarrhea?
Can I do it before bed and give myself a longer window?
