Anybody have info on the new Utah "Dark Sky" license plates?
Now that everybody and their grandma have Black Utah license plates.. I'm ready to switch to the next new thing.
After a few attempts, (I think) the Governor signed the "Dark Sky" Bill back in 2022. Does anybody deep in the Utah motor vehicle cabal know what the hold-up is?
