That’s what I did. Fire the management company and cut the insurance coverage to minimum or eliminate it. Insurance policies attract lawsuits that would never be filed otherwise in many cases.

Stop maintaining the road if it only benefits 20% of the homes. Let the 4 homeowners do it. Most roads only need a repaving every couple decades.

Cut everything. Eliminate the fees.
