At first you just get a ton of CBers being extremely vague with "IYKYK" comments, giggling about being the "in the know" club.

Then people start to vaguely post about more details.

Then at some point apparently it becomes okay to post ALL the details.

Then at that point things just explode. For some reason CB wants this to be true soooo bad. Everything becomes evidence that it's real. CB is just eating this up like no other.

At the end of the day the one thing that is the most telling for me is that a bunch of Wakley's teammates have been posting on his various social media accounts where he announced he's signing with Purdue and they're all gassing him up. Saying things like "free him!", "go get it", etc, etc. Players on both offense and defense.

If Wakley really did sell out his team and sabotage their chances to make it to the CFP, do you really think his teammates would be gassing him up like this??? The math ain't mathing.

But don't worry, I get that I'm talking to the absolutely frenzied mob that NEEDS this to be true for some reason 🤷
