about McKay Madsen. He legitimately is an elite shot-putter. It looks like he has pretty regular throws over 19 meters. Those are numbers you see at the Olympics(not from medal contenders). This is doubly impressive at his size. Most guys throwing shotput like him probably have 50+ pounds on him.

Obviously there is a ton of technique in throwing a shotput, but strength remains an important component. Dude is explosive.
