Not cheap. A one-person pizza was $12.
ALMOST NY Pizza. In fact, I'll give in and give it NY Pizza status
- thin, high-gluten (chewy) crust, cooked in a very hot wood-fired
oven, slightly burned/crispy bottom. Real mozzerella cheese, pretty
authentic sauce. It really lacks in the quality of the sausage -
but unless they fly the stuff in from NYC/Boston/Chicago, they're
simply not going to get the appropriate quality of sausaage
here.
It's definitely authentic NY Style Pizza, but it's just not great
NY Pizza. Good, but not great. Regardless, although it's not cheap,
I'll go back every once in a while. It's a pretty good facsimilie
of good pizza...
4-Stars out of 5 - but one of the better pizzas I've had in SLC...
