Beautiful place. Nice climate. (This week is has been in the 50s). Plenty of sunshine. Access to recreation. Good place to raise a family. Good conservative, family values. Nice people. There are evangelicals here, but we get along well....as opposed to a few years ago. I absolutely love it.
