7 on 7 report.

Short general observations off top of my head:

QB:

Heaps is honestly so much better than Nelson, Lark, and Munns (at 7 on 7) that it isn't even close. He leads the team to a score most every time. The other QB's look like they are trying so hard to locate the open receiver and to throw it with all they've got on the ball. Heaps seems to find the open guy with out even trying, it's like he just aromatically knows where to go since he goes through his progressions so fast and smooth and he doesn't look like he is trying to throw the ball hard, especially on long balls even though they just keep going and going (kinda like this run on sentence). He had 4 td's over 40 yards. One to Ben Cahoon, one to Rehn Brown and two to Apo. (Ashworth and Jacobson weren't there.) Nelson had one nice long corner route throw to Apo down to the 5 yrd line but also didn't see Apo wide open twice. On the second one, he finally saw Apo and tried to drill it in to him but he instead threw it right into the ground about 5 yards short (ball might have slipped out of his hand, not sure what happened). I felt bad for him actually. Munns looks very rusty, you can defiantly tell he just got home. Reminded me of Bower when I saw him play in 7 on 7 when he first got home.

TE:

Muehlamann defenatley has the best hands out of all the TE's. He kinda runs like Justin Jory (faster than Jory but same form)
Wilson is absolutely the fastest/explosive of all the TE's.
Mahina has the best TE body of all the TE's.
Wislon has the worst hands of all the TE's.
Mahina has the best combination of body and hands (and is very fast for his size).
Muehlamann has best combination of speed and hands.
Sampson is a lot more muscular than I thought he would be and faster than I thought he might be.

WR:

When I first watched Collie in 7 on 7 before the 04' fall camp, I noticed that the QB's were looking his way a lot, more than any receiver other than Todd Watkins. That's when I knew he was special. I thought wow, the qb's keep going to him already and he just got here. (I wondered how Zac felt about that...He was fine with it and excited for him I'm sure.)

We'll that's how it is with Ross Apo. He had a lot more catches than Chambers and all the other receivers that were there including Cahoon. He was going up against Corby Eason most of the time and I felt real bad for Corby cause he simply had no answer for Ross. Ross did anything he wanted. He beat him on a variety of routes, especially on streaks, ran right by him. Ross is looking more muscular in his upper body already which is great cause he kinda needed it. His upper body better matches his lower body now. He has been hyped up so much and despite that, he was actually better than I thought he would be. He looks way better in person than he does in his youtube highlights. He looked like an nfl player out there to me. He was simply and honestly amazing out there. I hope I am right on his "evaluation". I think I am

Maybe I'll write some other impressions later.

Don't vote this as POD so this doesn't get noticed by those who get me in and who don't want me to post stuff (seriously). I just wanted to take a chance and give some nuggets to the starved out there:)
