Houston, Dallas, D.C., Boston, and Atlanta. Not as big as SoCal, Phoenix, Vegas, etc., but pretty sizeable.

When BYU played at UVA in 2000, there were about 3,000 BYU fans in the stands. I think the 1996 game at Boston College had a good turn out as well. If you compare those to, say, yewta, they might put 500 in the stands at either game. Keep in mind, these are early season games, not bowl games. And they aren't within driving distance of the state of Utah.
