While there is certainly some smoke in the air, they didn't cancel the 2500 participant triathlon downtown on Monday (when the fires were actually worse). They did report in the news that some high school sports have been postponed due to logistical issues, but I haven't heard anything about massive cancellations. In fact, my kids are still having soccer practices and such this week.
