BYU admin and B12 reached agreeable terms, but...
...the Board of Trustees has left the issue sitting on the table unanswered.
Holmoe and Samuelson have worked to put together a proposal both of them felt they could support. The proposal is sitting in Salt Lake City waiting for approval, but the BOT doesn't feel right about it yet. They have not officially turned it down, but they have hesitated to give it their blessing, and it's anybody's guess how it turns out.
I don't have any other details to share.
