LaVell inherited a program that had done nothing. Ever.

Bronco inherited a program that was coming off of two dreadful seasons but that had been a top 25 team only a few years earlier. Also, I don't think it is just wins and losses that people are concerned about, it is persona. I personally like Bronco, but making comparisons to LaVell is difficult.
