By winning ability i mean
he has quality AB's, plays good d, and can steal bases. Hes the guy you want to lead off your bottom of the 9th because he is a gamer and gets on base. I dont have stats for that, but hes a gamer in the kind of way that cannot be measured by stats.
But he is past his prime, depleting value. I dont think he should start at this point with the Angels.
