I have found in my limited experience
that those who cry foul against "judgmental" people actually agree with the standard deep down. That is why they get worked up at "zealots". People that are secure in their reasoning (in this case the modesty or immodesty of the clothing) aren't intimidated by the judgment of others. Everyone makes thousands of judgments each and every day. I can see why some would consider it immodest and some wouldn't. My personal standard is based on the environment. Clearly, at a swimming pool or at a U game or most of the world this is perferctly acceptable attire because no one would bat an eye. At church or probably at BYU(not sure, been a while since I've been there) it would be considered immodest.
